Description
Cooper shows, after spending many years studying, traveling, and living with Indigenous People, that they, like all other cultures, are replete with vices and virtues, children and parents, hearts and minds, humor and thought, arts and skills, pain and pride, universal tendencies and individual personalities. Each band and each person seek to be seen as unique, yet bonded to a larger extended family. How their image and messages are presented to the world has as much to do with our communication and ethics as with theirs.
